HUDSON, N.Y. More than 800 guests attended Project SHARE's 25th annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the homeless at Hastings-on-Hudson High School on Tuesday, Nov. 25. In addition to the numerous guests, hundreds of volunteers from schools and organizations all over Westchester County prepared and served the dinner which included live music in addition to a family-style meal. Project SHARE is a service club for high school students that engage in social justice activities and charitable projects, like Midnight Run where food is delivered to homeless people.

Legislator Shimsky Calls for Expanded Bus Service for Edgemont Residents

Westchester Legislator MaryJane Shimsky called this week for expanded service in Scarsdale during the morning rush hour on Route 65 of Westchester County's Bee-Line bus system, which is used by residents of the Longview neighborhood in Edgemont to travel back and forth to the Scarsdale train station.
