Voters in Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson and Irvington approved budgets on Tuesday for the 2016-17 school year, according to unofficial returns. In Dobbs Ferry, the vote was 318 to 84 approving a proposed $42.4 million budget, which calls for a 1 percent increase in spending over this year.
