Westchester County Association , a business leadership organization whose mission is to drive economic vitality in the county and the region, announced the promotion of two employees. WCA President Marissa Brett said Amy Allen will be WCA's vice president, and named Joelle DiNardi to the newly created position of managing director, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
