Manhattan College Athletic Director Robert Byrnes accused of DWI

Westchester County Police say Robert Byrnes, of Croton-on-Hudson, was arrested last Thursday morning. They say his car was weaving between lanes on the northbound Saw Mill Parkway in Hastings-on-Hudson and he failed a field sobriety test.
