Police: Hastings Man Smoked Marijuana in Public

A Hastings man faces a misdemeanor-level marijuana charge after he was arrested by police on the afternoon of September 18. The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force reported the 20-year-old was smoking marijuana in a Southside Avenue parking lot at 12:43 p.m. in the afternoon.
