State Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins, the Democratic Conference Leader, made a special announcement over the public address system to students at the Albert Leonard Middle School in New Rochelle today in honor of Veterans Day, and gave 12-year-old Jake Gallin a Certificate of Recognition for his "Stars for Cars" initiative to assist and recognize military families.
