His artistic sensibilities served Mike Lewis as a sailor - he drew cartoons for the military newspaper on Guam - and in retirement as leader of the Belskie Museum of Art & Science in Closter. "If not for Mike, the Belskie could be just another dusty old museum," said Donald Farrell, a fellow Closter volunteer.
