Michael Engelson, 30, Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y. jumped from the bridge's upper level, mid-span, at about 11:20 a.m. Thursday, Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo previously said. Emergency crews performed CPR on Engelson, who police spotted in the Hudson River at about 11:20 a.m., police said.
