The regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 8 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the Municipal Building on 7 Maple Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson. The agenda includes variances for a new 13-unit dwelling and an existing multi-use building at 524 Warburton Avenue.
