A Hastings-on-Hudson police officer was on her way to work Friday when she spotted a boy running on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Yonkers. Police Office Jessie Ferreira Cavallo watched as the boy climbed over a guard rail and jumped to the concrete below from the overpass.
