Area law enforcement agencies are seeking the community's assistance in locating Westchester County teenager that has been reported missing from Hastings-on-Hudson for nearly two months. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Hastings-on-Hudson Police Department have issued a missing person report for 13-year-old Emelie Avery, who was reported missing on April 26. Avery has been described as an approximately 5-foot, 1-inch tall, Hispanic girl, weighing an estimated 117 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
