Senator, Olivia Moxey, Lilliana Mandras , Art Teacher Sarah Glickman and Alms Principal John Barnes NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Today, Democratic Conference Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins visited Albert Leonard Middle School in New Rochelle to congratulate Olivia Moxey, grade 6, for being selected by the State Senate as the 2016 Earth Day poster contest winner for the 35th Senate District. The New York State Senate sponsored the poster contest for children in grades K-6 and selected the winners independently.
