A new development to be called Fort Hill is proposed for the former St. Mary's Convent property overlooking the Hudson River. Ginsburg Development Companies wants to make it a resort-style tourist destination that would feature a spa, inn and restaurant as well as 178 luxury rentals apartments and 20 townhomes.
