HASTINGS ON HUDSON, N.Y. The Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation has rescheduled the start of construction in Hastings on Hudson, N.Y., to 10 a.m. on May 18. The road work forces the southbound closure of Warburton Avenue over Cropsey Lane from Washington Avenue to Main Street for concrete placement and setting of the bridge deck. Construction will continue through noon on May 21, weather permitting.
