County Executive Robert P. Astorino will celebrate the coming of spring with Hudson Valley Restaurant Week in Westchester County at noon on Monday, March 9 at Harvest on Hudson. Astorino will assist Chef Riccardo Bilotta in making a farm-to-table inspired pizza using locally sourced products.
