Written by Plamena Pesheva Fiona Wisehart, of South Salem, will present the film 'Girl Rising, a movement and a film' at the Katonah Village Library on Friday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m. as part of a fundraiser she created to help a friend from Pakistan gain asylum in this country.
