Take a love of Hastings-on-Hudson, combine it with the ambitious efforts of two residents, Michelle DeForest and Ilana Arazie, and you get the Hastings Flea, a flea market that debuted Oct. 20 in the Zinsser commuter parking lot of the village's Metro-North Railroad station.
