Hastings-on-Hudson commuters now have the option of paying for parking via Parkmobile's pay-by- phone beginning this week at selected meters in the Zinsser Parking lot at the Metro North train station Commuters can leave their quarters at home and utilize the 26 meters by setting up an account with Parkmobile.
