During a recent "Celebrate Westchester" reception hosted by Daily Voice, public officials were asked what they think makes this county great. Greenburgh Supervisor Paul Feiner cited the county's diversity, top-notch universities, scenery and fun things to do among reasons he has enjoyed living here all of his life.
