Port Authority IDs man who jumped from GWB
The 31-year-old from Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y., jumped from the bridge's upper level mid-span at 11:20 a.m., Port Authority spokesman Joe Pentangelo said. His car was found at 172nd Street in Manhattan. http://ift.tt/1SqgfC8
