The program is supported by New York State and sponsored by the Villages of Hastings-on-Hudson and Dobbs Ferry. Solarize Hastings-Dobbs Ferry will host a launch event tomorrow, Oct. 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room at Dobbs Ferry Village Hall, organizers announced.
