Police are investigating the cause of an oil tank explosion that killed two contractors in Hastings-on-Hudson. (May 8, 2015 1:21 PM) Police say Mora Segundo, 50, and Luis Jacho, 52, from Ossining, were killed while trying to excavate an underground oil tank from behind a multifamily home.
