HUDSON, N.Y. A Hastings-on-Hudson man was recently arrested in Rotterdam, N.Y., on drug charges, according to a press release from the New York State Police. About 9 a.m. Saturday, troopers stopped Alexander K. Straus, 19, for a speeding violation on I-90, police said.
