Cops: Man Who Fled Accident Tossed Drugs from Vehicle

Chief Gregory Camp confirmed that the man his officers arrested on a DWI charge on August 14 on Valley Street is the same man that got into trouble again, in a much more dramatic way, in a chase that ended in Hastings-on-Hudson on August 21.
